All content on Avalon Health, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Lioncap Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your health data remains your property.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems; interfere with the security or operation of the platform; submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person or entity; use automated systems to access the platform without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avalon Health and Lioncap Ventures (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, though we may retain your data as required by healthcare regulations and applicable law.
